1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from shop.beautebodysunless.com (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Beauté Body Sunless (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the Site.

3. Product Information & Availability

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and availability; however, variations may occur. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

4. Orders & Payment

We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, and additional payment methods provided through Shopify checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, limit quantities, or require further verification for suspected fraud.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Shipping Area

We only ship within the United States.
We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, Canada, or Mexico.

5.2 Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. High-volume periods may extend processing times.

5.3 Transit Issues & Lost Packages

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility. Beauté Body Sunless is not responsible for:

• Delayed shipments

• Lost or stolen packages

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay for re-shipping.

5.4 Damaged Products (Leakage or Breakage)

If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or unusable, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence of:

• The damaged product

• The packaging

• The shipping label

If approved, we will send a replacement at no cost.
Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

6.1 All Sales Are Final

Because our products are cosmetic/sunless tanning products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect purchase

• Dissatisfaction with color/results

• Allergic reactions

• Customer misuse or storage issues

6.2 Exceptions — Damaged in Transit Only

The only exception is verified transit damage.
If a product is damaged during shipping and meets the photo requirements listed in Section 5.4, we will send a replacement.

No refunds are issued under any circumstances.

7. Allergies & Product Use

Customers are responsible for reviewing all ingredients and performing a patch test.
We are not responsible for:

• Allergic reactions

• Skin sensitivities

• Improper application

• Results that differ from customer expectations

8. Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be charged based on your shipping address.

9. Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, branding, and content on the Site belong to Beauté Body Sunless.
No content may be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Beauté Body Sunless is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Skin reactions or unexpected results

• Issues arising from improper use or storage

• Shipping delays or carrier errors

Your use of our products is at your own risk.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
We do not guarantee specific tanning or cosmetic results.

12. User Accounts (If Applicable)

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under their account.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, and any disputes must be filed in courts located within Utah County, Utah.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Beauté Body Sunless harmless from any claims or damages resulting from your use of the Site or products.
